Our next pastry box is for the 18th of July
Inspired by the Swedish tradition of Fika. Fika means to take the time to enjoy a hot drink, a pastry and the company of friends and family.
What’s in the box?
1x Kladdkaka (Sticky Chocolate Cake) - Gooey brownie cake topped with chantilly and almond praline (GLUTEN FREE)
1x Prinsesstarta (Princess Cake) - Light sponge cake filled with raspberry jam, topped with diplomat cream and almond marzipan
1x Kardemummabullar (Cardamom Bun) - Soft dough scented with orange zest and cardamom, layered with butter and vanilla sugar, rolled in cardamom sugar
1x Mums-Mums (Marshmallow Biscuit) - Wholemeal brown sugar shortbread topped with vanilla bean honey marshmallow, coated in a thin layer of chocolate and shredded coconut
20% of the proceeds from this pastry box will be donated to UNHCR’s relief fund for Venezuela following the recent earthquakes.
Pick up / delivery for Saturday the 18th of July
